The Upper Park Cafe at 200 South Main Street, Aubrey, Texas.

Great food, awesome little spot out in the middle of nowhere. A few cons however, my wife said the decaf coffee tasted too weak, almost like they recycled the grinds. My sister being a Vegan did not have many choices on the menu and the waitress was a little off putting to her even getting fruit off the menu. My sister asked if they have any dishes for potatoes without dairy and the waitress asked "what do you mean by dairy?" That is pretty interesting to me, anyway the waitress seemed a little clueless kept saying she cannot guarantee anything and never had a direct answer when asked questions about food items on the menu. Being in Texas I expected the biscuits and gravy to rock my world but while the biscuit was good the gravy was lacking. I'd go back for a cup of pecan coffee and a slice of pecan French Toast.
